We process your email, account and authentication details, cart and order information, delivery content, payment references and any information you provide to support. Depending on your payment method, Stripe may also collect billing details. Security and service providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information and activity needed to protect and operate the service.
Why we use it
We use information to manage accounts, take payments, deliver purchases, recover order access, answer enquiries, prevent abuse and fraud, understand service performance and meet legal obligations. Required fields are marked in forms; without the necessary email, payment or verification details, we may be unable to complete your request.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, email delivery, security and Turnstile verification, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process relevant information under their own terms and privacy notices and may process it in other countries. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect lawful rights.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses cookies or browser storage for login, carts, language, currency and theme preferences. Cloudflare services may also use security or performance technologies. You can manage browser storage in your browser settings; blocking it may prevent parts of the site from working.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to fulfil orders, support customers, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Retention depends on the type and purpose of the data. Access is restricted to operational needs, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Treat order access links and product codes as confidential.
