These terms apply to purchases of digital products from OneTopUp. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before paying.
Your purchase
Review the product description, supported region, compatibility, usage restrictions, quantity, currency and final total before payment. Supply an accurate email address and keep your order details secure.
Prices and payment
The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Your payment provider may charge its own currency conversion or transaction fees. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Digital delivery
Our products are digital; no physical goods are shipped. After payment is confirmed and the order is processed, delivery text, codes or links are provided on the order page and in the order email. Check your spam folder or use Find my order if you cannot locate the email. Contact us if paid content is missing or inaccessible.
All sales are final
Because digital content cannot be returned once supplied, we do not offer voluntary cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds after payment, including for a change of mind, an incorrect selection or no longer needing the product. This policy is subject to rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. See our Refund Policy for details.
Using your product
Use each product only within the licence and restrictions described on its product page. A purchase does not transfer intellectual property ownership. Do not resell, share or redistribute a code, access link or digital content unless its licence expressly permits this.
Accounts and security
Keep your password and private order links confidential. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with payments or delivery. Tell us promptly if your account or order access is compromised.
Problems and applicable rights
For missing delivery, faulty or misdescribed content, duplicate charges or an unauthorised transaction, contact contact@onetopup.app with your order ID and checkout email so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and contact
